Whether you are new to Carrollton or are just unfamiliar with all of the outdoor facilities it has to offer, there is something for everyone to do outside in this busy little city. From walking trails to baseball fields and tennis courts, Carrollton cares about the health of its people. If one of your New Year's resolutions is to get fit or lose weight, do it outside at one of Carrollton's great outdoor complexes.

East Carrollton Recreation Center

Daytime rental of ball fields is $10 per hour while nighttime (with lights) is $20 per hour. Lining and field prep is $20 per time. Fees for tournaments are per day per field and include field prep. One field is $175, 2 fields is $150 each, 3 fields are $140 each and all 4 fields is $130 per field. Castle Playground is a free play area but the Covered Pavilion which can seat 400 must be reserved at a cost of $10 per hour. Skateboard park is free.

Lakeshore Natatorium - Aquatic Center
(Private Pool rentals may be made for Saturday and Sunday evenings with prices beginning at $130 for a 1 1/2 hour party for 20 or less swimmers)
Daytime rental of ball fields is $10 per hour while nighttime (with lights) is $20 per hour. Lining and field prep is $20 per time. Fields for tournaments is $150 per day per field and includes field prep. No rental fee is charged for the tennis courts or track. However, the tennis courts can be reserved starting Friday at 9 a.m. for the following week on a first-come first-served basis. The courts may be scheduled beginning Monday at 9 a.m. for that week only. No reservations issued for Saturday or Sunday. Tennis courts may be reserved for one hour periods only.
